Aachen, October 2016 Lightspeed, one of the world’s largest service providers in the field of digital data collection and SmartMunk, one of the leading providers of innovative online market research software, will cooperate in Germany and combine FeedMap Co-Creation tool with the services of Lightspeed.

From now on, market researchers can use the services of Lightspeed and SmartMunk from one source with attractive package prices.

FeedMap provides intuitive and applicable web software that collects customer opinions for e.g. on new product and service concepts, advertising measures, websites and packaging – in all languages and worldwide. The respondent can leave the feedback on the visual with pixel accuracy.

FeedMap summarizes the number of assessments and provides meaningful visualizations and heatmaps. Market researchers now specifically and directly know from their customers which areas are considered to be positive and which negative. It was about time to leave this valuable information open in the improvement of product and marketing concepts.

This way we create products and means of communication that most accurately meet the customers’ needs.

“Many of our customers are excited by the possibility to test the concepts quickly and reliably with a state of the art technology solution and that already proved its strength successfully in numerous market research projects “, said Andreas Wittenberg, sales director for Central & Eastern Europe.

Florian von Klier, COO of SmartMunk, is convinced: “the online panel and software for meaningful visualizations of customer testimonials from one hand and attractive package prices from the other, give a tangible added value for the market researchers, and that lifts the product development and customer communications to the next level”.

SmartMunk and Lightspeed are looking forward to a successful cooperation.
